What could this be?

I noticed these marks on my 22 month olds arm yesterday morning, kept an eye on them all day yesterday. Woke up this morning and they seem redder and there is now a new one on his leg but that's it. He seems alright in himself but just wondering if I should ring the doctors over it? He goes to nursery on a Tuesday morning.

Ring the GP today. Nursery won’t have him with a rash like that

It looks very much like chicken pox. Are there small blisters on the spots?

They look like bites. He hasn't been in a hot tub has he? Sometimes a hot tub chemical imbalance causes a rash just like that x straight to the drs.
