2 year old rash

Just noticed this on my 2 year olds chest 15 minutes after he’s woken from his nap.
looks like heat rash to me. Or should I get second opinion?

I’m struggling to see anything, just a small bump.

I'd never bother with a second opinion for a rash someone has had for no time at all unless they also seemed very unwell. People get rashes, usually they are nothing and disappear on their own within days.

My LO gets one like that from time to time. I’ve also just thought it is heat rash. It’s usually gone the next day
