Hi, my 7 year old has these spots and have been appearing every day with new ones and he’s already had chicken pox and I got the pharmacy to check them and she said they don’t look like chicken pox. But I’am having a slight panic as we are going on holiday on Monday. Does anyone know what they can be? He has no fever
