What is this mark on my 4 year old?

I just noticed this tiny dark purple mark on my sons knee, and immediately got anxious. I have health anxiety which I'm in therapy for and immediately my mind went to something like cancer because signs can be things like purple marks under the skin.
It doesn't go away when pressed or stretched. And it doesn't hurt him either

Hes fine in himself mostly, although on sodifer iron supplements for low iron, and has been lacking some energy the last couple of months due to a nasty viral infection that wiped him out and the mild anemia he has.

Every little thing sets my anxiety off I'm so worried he has cancer or something awful wrong with him.

Does this little purple dot look like a normal bruise? It's a bit darker in person.

Yes, that looks like a normal blood blister or bruise from something small that's pressed into the skin.

Honestly you need to see someone about that because you will be a nervous wreck before he reaches the teenage years if you always jump to worst case scenarios.

Sorry crossed posted I see you are already having therapy which I think is a really good thing. Try to stay away from Google.
