Anxiety of child health

I'm continuosly worried for my child's health.

My child had hit his head one week ago and was zoned out soon after the hitting for few seconds. After that he didn't show any other symptoms and CT scan was also normal... But still the fear of him being zoned out again is not going away. What to do? I feel like he will go zoned out again anytime.
