Late teething

DD has just turned one and only just getting the first hint of a tooth poking through, my others all had teeth at 6 months so I’m worried there’s something wrong. It’s one of the lower central ones that’s trying to come through but it’s been like that for ages and not progressing? Anyone else had babies not get teeth til after 12 months and been fine?

2 of my nieces were gummy until they were 14 months old, then very swiftly grew them in.

Yeah my eldest didn’t get any teeth until after his first birthday.
