Any ideas?

Have noticed this weird goo patch behind DS 18mo ear. He's not bothered when I touch it.

The patch of skin looks shiny and wet. Doesn't smell. Any ideas what it could be anyone?

He's just got over HFM but didn't notice any sores behind his ears. Any sores he had have all crusted over now anyway.

It looks like it isn’t being dried properly after baths so getting sore. Try gently cleaning and then drying properly. Should clear up in a couple of days.

Looks like it could be a fungal infection or some sort of eczema caused by irritation.

I would definitely go to the GP or pharmacist at least, it may not be bothering him now but that is very red and weepy.
