Has someone grabbed at him? There's not a lot for scale but the spacing could possibly be fingers of an outspread hand?

What does he say happened? Does it hurt? Is he well in himself?

Possibly.. It looks like friction burn…maybe from stairs because there’s several lines. Has he slipped on the stairs or slid down on his bum or something? Or has he been to soft play today?

Can he tell you what happened or if he hurt himself today? Is he otherwise well in himself?
