Toddler had norovirus 2 weeks ago, better after 4 days. Since then has largely refused to eat and oddly has been sick again and has started having beige and very smelly poo. Will take him to doctor on Monday but thought I’d ask here if anyone has had this in the past. I think he may have caught something after norovirus when he was still a bit weakened by the sickness.
