Hi there, my 9 month old has had diarrhoea for a week now. Bright yellow and very runny, maybe 4 times a day (was over 10 a few days ago).
He is eating and drinking fine and seems absolutely fine in himself, not upset, no temp. Any ideas on what it could be?
He is due to start nursery on Monday and I’m worried about taking him in with a dodgy tummy he could pass on/if they will even take him. Thanks!
