Plagiocephaly - HELP

Hey guys - very new to this.
my son is approaching 3 months and notice over the last few days his head has gone a wonky shape?? Is this severe?? Any help recommendations please :)

Absolutely not a problem. You’ve been putting him on his back to sleep, as instructed to avoid SIDS and his bones are still firming up.
