Dd still unwell after antibiotics

Dd who is 6 finished a course of antibiotics last week. She's still complaining of stomach ache and nausea. The antibiotics were not for anything relating to her stomach but I've read they can cause stomach discomfort and other symptoms. Just wondering if anyone else had experienced symptoms that last for a week or more after the course has finished. From my experience the side effects usually go away pretty soon after finishing the course.

I had terrible stomach ache/nausea from some antibiotics, but it was gone within 24 hours of stopping them.
You could try giving her a probiotic to see if that settles the flora in her stomach, but I’d more likely be taking her back.
