My LO is couple of weeks away from being 1. He started drinking less formula and so have started to turn to cows milk. He now drinks cows milk only. HV have said this is fine as he is so close to 1.
He had a fever today and has pooped normal poos frequently and then this evening they have been green in colour.
any ideas why. They have never been green before
