hey, my four month old has recently started have pretty water poo. It used to be yellow and seedy but now it’s just yellow and watery. She passes 3-4 a day I’d say. Is this healthy or do I need to get her checked out? She’s not having any other issues, just this! She’s breastfed only. (Dirty nappy photo warning!)
