Loosing first tooth at 4

Hi all DD who will be 5 in October has a wobbly tooth. Is it normal to be this early ?
I tried googling and some articles say it's normal others that it isn't and it's way too early.

Has anyone got any advice? Should I take her to the dentist on Monday if at 4 is too early to loose teeth?

Tia xx

It's not completely abnormal and unheard of. Is it one of the front bottom ones? If so this could be normal development but if it's a different tooth, I would probably get an opinion from the dentist. Does she have regular check ups?

Yes it's a bottom front one. She had a dentist check up 2 months ago and all was well x

I wouldn't think that's a cause of concern then, just keep an eye and maybe give the dentist a ring if you're worried, she's in pain or she starts loosing more teeth quickly. It's not uncommon for some children to start losing teeth at that age or even later than expected X

My nephew had a baby tooth fall out early and then grew another one quickly - it was shaped like a fang and he loved being a vampire lol. The dentists said it wasn’t an adult tooth but wasn’t a baby tooth either. It was some sort of fake in between tooth that had to be cut out. Simple procedure no issues.
anyway it might not be that but I guess no harm in getting it checked to make sure if that puts your mind at rest.
