Looks very much like early molluscum contagiosum.

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do for them. They will go away with time.

Make sure you use different bath towels for other family members to prevent contagion.

I'd say molluscum too - they'll go - DD had quite a lot and they got big and red, as soon as one was scratched off they started to disappear pretty quickly
