Spots around mouth

Hi all. My almost 11 month old I think is teething. She has developed these red spots (rash) around her mouth area over the past week or so, with a couple appearing on her nose but now disappearing.. I was wondering if this could be linked to the teething?? I can't remember my first born having this.

My friend said that but she hasn't got any spots anywhere else..?

Dose she have a dummy ? Could be from dribbling and teething xx
