CMPA or baby acne?

My breastfed 4.5 week old has come out in a rash all over her face, scalp and neck since last week but it’s just getting worse and her face is getting swollen now. She also has other symptoms which could relate to Cmpa. What does it look like to you?? Does anyone have experience in Cmpa while breastfeeding as I know it’s only a small percentage 🥲 could it just be baby acne?

If there are other symptoms I would try cutting it dairy for a few weeks.
My daughter has multiple allergies and I had to remove the foods from my diet.
About half of babies are also allergic to soya so it's important that you don't use soya dairy and meat replacements products for the first few weeks. To avoid introducing another allergen whilst removing another. After a few weeks you can do a test with some soya products to see if they can be tolerated

Hi my 5 week old has spots on her face head and neck almost identical to this. Just wondering was it baby acne in the end or allergies? Thank you
