3 year 3 months jab now having symptoms

Hi any advice my son had his jab's yesterday but now he's feeling quite warm on his forehand and not very active and not eating much didn't send him to nursery either bec he just wasn't himself is this normal did anyone else's child experience this and when does this go away thank you I have given him medicine which helps a little and just giving him lots of fluid

If he only had them yesterday I think this sounds fairly normal. He'll probably be better tomorrow or Friday.
