White smegma in daughters nappy

Hi I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing. I just went to change my daughter’s nappy and it looked like she had little white lumps in her nappy. When I rubbed it it looked like smegma but I don’t understand why they are just floating around in her nappy? I keep overthinking it and I’m so worried has anyone else seen this before?

Could it be sudacrem or similar that has managed to roll itself together some how?
