Hello.
my little girl is teething at the moment so dribbling quite a bit, she's since come out with spots around her mouth - one of which looks like it has a slight green head to it (can't be seen in the pic sorry she was moving around)
any ideas?
She's 13 months old - should I be worried if they are coldsores? She seems fine in herself
