Anyone seen this rash before

Hi just noticed this rash on my 8mo arm? He is teething at the minute - anyone seen this before. He seems well in himself

Do the little spots fade when you press a glass over the skin? If not, take him to be seen asap.

If they do fade then could be anything from a heat rash to a viral rash. Probably nothing to worry about if he's well in himself. As long as it passes the glass test.
