My child Poo all of the sudden smells different for the past 4 weeks. It is more potent and smells so different. I don’t even know how to describe it. Nothing different food wise. can it indicate underlying gut issue, anyone similar ?
(He is dairy and egg intolerant so he doesn’t take any of these)
