My son has this rash all over his body and his cheeks are bright red. I thought it was slap cheek as his brother had similar maybe 3 weeks ago but now I’m not so sure. He’s got a runny nose and coughing a bit. I’m not well either so assumed we have Covid but with this rash I’m wondering if it’s something else. It feels very slightly rough/raised on his arms but smooth and flat on trunk, back, legs and face. He’s a little unwell but not massively so.
