DS is 14 and so far not fully started puberty. He’s been having stomach issues now for the past 15 months or so and was wondering, could his IBS delay development or am I overthinking?

If you have concerns Id talk to your doctor but unless he's malnourished and has lost a heap of weight I really can't see how IBS could interfere with puberty.
