Hi my 3 year old boy has an abscess on his front tooth. He took a bad knock to his two front teeth this time last year. The right one has gone a grey colour and it's also very loose. It never knit back together.
Tonight while brushing his teeth he told me it was sore and I notice an abscess on his gum.
I've gotten him an antibiotic to see will it take it away and if it keeps coming back then the tooth will have to be extracted.
I'm so sad over this cause I know the baby teeth need to stay until they fall out naturally as they create a path for adult teeth.
I'm looking for anyone who has been through similar, maybe if you can share your or your child's experience please
