Help. Is this strawberry tongue?

Hi, so me and my daughter were out yesterday at a family gathering and I noticed she seemed a little tired. She’d been running around all day so unsurprising. Then after bed, around 11 I went to check on her and she had been sick everywhere and was sleeping it. I told her she’d probably eaten too much cake etc. showered her and she went back to bed. Today, she was absolutely fine running around and messing about all day.
then tonight around the same time I heard a nose and ran in her room and again SO much sick everywhere. Cleaned her up again and she seemed chatty but tired and I looked in her mouth and her tongue looked like this?
should I be worried? She’s gone back to sleep no bother, no pains no fever etc?
would have thought of a sickness bug she would have been sick more than twice in 24 hours?

Help. Is this strawberry tongue?

Doesn’t look strawberry to me and if it was
Scarlet fever she’d be poorly with a high temp, rash and sore throat, sickness not really so I think it’s more likely a stomach bug. Hope she feels better soon x

Agree with pp. it is not red

That is def strawberry tongue. Its not about the redness, its the ‘pips’ on it.

Upset stomach is a classic sign of strep throat. I would get her strep tested tomorrow (its a 5 min thing) and antibs if its positive.
