My son has this rash on his foot (I have attached pictures). We have seen a doctor who has prescribed an anti fungal cream describing this as fungal eczema - he has been using this for 4 days now with no change. Has anyone seen anything like this and Could this be something else? I’m panicking because they have mentioned the tablets for fungal infections if the cream doesn’t work but he is young and I’d rather he didn’t have them if he doesn’t need them.
