Emetaphobe here, please ease my concerns

So I'm an emetaphobe. I have a two year old. We've had a couple sickness bugs since she started nursery at 7 months so I know the drill with those (absolutely hate it!)

However I need some advice. My daughter just had her nighttime cup of milk, and was bouncing around on my partner after reading a book on the sofa. She jumped forward onto her stomach and posseted a bit of milk like spit up as a baby. Not much at all and with no force, just as she pressed on her stomach.

Am I right to think it's probably just reflux from that? I don't want to go overboard with the cleaning as I have OCD and it can make me spiral!

Thanks in advance :)

How is she now? Hopefully it was just a bit of reflux.

Hi! She was absolutely fine after that thankfully, however after her milk today the same thing happened, a bit of spit up! She has oat milk, I'm not sure what could be causing it. She's eating and drinking fine- definitely herself!
