Rash on hands and feet

My DD3 came up with a rash this morning only on her hands up to her elbow and on her feet. I thought it might be hand foot mouth but they don't look like blisters. It looks like heat rash or viral rash.

Adding an image. It doesn't itch. She is well otherwise she has a mild cold atm.

What could it be? :(

It doesn't go away we gave her some antihistamines.

Has she been playing in the grass with it being warm weather? Looks like a contact reaction to me.

Right? My cousin suggested that! Yes, she plays outside. I will keep giving her antihistamine. Thank you!

Think that sounds sensible - could also be that the grass was a bit scratchy so has rubbed a bit too?

Yes, she has been complaining from itchy nose as well so I knew she is reacting to something blooming. :(
