weird noise

Over the last 2 days my son is making a weird noise when sitting still. Would you be concerned? It's got worse since last night but he's fine in himself. Just very odd. I don't know how to add a video but it's like a low grunt when breathing out. Sounds very nasal. Not there all the time

He did end up with a chest infection that cleared with antibiotics. Maybe worth a check if it keeps going x
