Hard lump behind baby’s ear

Baby boy is 5 weeks old, he has a hard lump which feels like bone rather than a lymph node behind his ear. I’ve had a look online and the only thing I can see is mastoiditis but he has none of the other symptoms. It’s larger than a pea, smaller than a grape. Does anyone have any experience of this? Also wondering if lymph nodes can sometimes be harder than usual and unable to squish/move? Thanks!!!

Yes, sometimes they can be harder. Needs looking at though.
