Flushed cheeks and temperature 2 days after pre-school jabs

Hi - my 3 yr old DD has her pre-school jabs on Friday and seemed fine - we gave her Calpol and she slept a lot but no other issues.
Now tonight (Sunday) - she's asleep and seems to have a temperature and really red cheeks.

She's been her usual self all weekend though. Anyone else had symptoms start a couple of days afterwards?

Dd2 had her pre school vaccinations the other week and she was "off" after them for about 4 days I'd say, so tired and yes hot with red cheeks too. She slept a lot afterwards for quite a few days. Think the meningitis b booster can make them feel quite ill can't it. We used calpol to help

We did, then about ten days later also very ill again with a 40 degree temp and vomiting.
