Underarm rash

My 11 year old daughter has this odd rash under her arm, a couple of the spots look pus-filled. She washes with soap and uses a natural deodorant, Fussy at the moment but it was Salt of the Earth when it first started. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

Looks like molluscum contagiosum

i would probably make an appointment with your gp just to get it checked

Thanks both, I'll make GP appointment on Monday as it appears to be spreading a bit.

Molluscum does spread. Its a viral skin condition and not much works for it except time.
