My DP picked his 6yo DD up today from school (he has her every friday and Saturday night) and he noticed something on DDs chest, DDs story about how it happened keeps changing from, she scratched herself in her sleep, to it happened at school to the toy dog bit her.
It's itchy and sore.
If anybody has any idea what it might be I'd greatly appreciate it.

There's nothing in the picture for scale so hard to tell how large the wounds are - could be cat scratch maybe? Do they have pets?

I'd take her to a pharmacist/walk in in the morning to get it looked at I think. Draw a line around the redness now so you can tell if it spreads.

@ArmchairPhycologist
I know they had cats when they were living in their old house but they've recently moved and she hasn't mentioned the cats for a while. Because the story keeps changing we think she's been told not to tell us what really happened. (Not the first time)

We did get a pic with a 5p, not sure why it didn't upload.

The changing story is weird.

I wonder if they're puncture marks from having a toy dug in or similar?
