Toddler Rash on Hand

Do people have any suggestions as to what this could be?

I put it down to HFM yesterday when my 2 year old woke up with this on both his hands but it didn't spread to anywhere else and he didn't have any other symptoms, and generally fine in himself.

This morning he's woken up and it's still there but not as prominent so now thinking maybe it isn't HFM?

You don't seem to have loaded the picture, OP.

HFM can be v v subtle so I wouldn't rule it out.
