Hi my three year old had a little eczema as a baby which cleared up really quickly using epimax and eumovate.
Recently though his legs have flared up from nowhere! They are so red and itchy and this treatment isn't working this time.
Please advise what might help? I'm using fairy washing powder, had been using Aldi non bio one. Trying to only give showers using sanex shower gel. What actually works? Thank you
