What could this rash be?

Hi, DD is almost 6 months, she’s had some form of skin irritation on her neck/chin and cheeks for a while, GP said it was dribble rash but I’m not so sure? She is teething but I change her bibs straight away.
She has some eczema patches on the inside of elbows and backs of her knees which clear up with epaderm ointment. The GP didn’t think that it was eczema on her face/neck but advised me to use some hydrocortisone if it’s sore. She is also pooing a lot more recently but the GP wasn’t concerned. Has anyone else’s little ones had something like this?
I’ve tried various moisturisers but everything just seems to make it worse 😫
The redness seems to come and go but the irritation is always present.

Just to add - I have used hydrocortisone on her neck before when it got very bad but am nervous to use it on her face. The GP said 1% is fine to use but they seemed a bit blasé!

I found that any paraffin based cream just seemed to sit on top of the skin and not actually moisturise or improve the kids eczema. The game changer was salcura bio skin junior outbreak cream.

Thank you I’ll give it a go, epaderm seems to do nothing for her face, it’s so frustrating.
