12 month immunisations, normal side effects?

DD had her immunisations a week ago today, she was very unsettled after, raised temp, sore red legs, clingy, that all passed after a day or so.
Tonight she's had a raging temperature of 39.7 and was covered in hives, she's had calpol and piriton and everything seems to have calmed down but the hives keep periodically appearing in different places.
I'll obviously keep a close eye on her overnight but I just wondered if this was normal after the 12 month immunisations or should I be getting her checked over?

Look up the possible side effects of MMR and see if it fits. The rash might be the measles part,

You should have been given a leaflet about the MMR. Over 3 weeks you get certain symptoms of mumps and measles after a certain number of days. 7 days is the first and you can get some measles symptoms
