What is this rash?

My Child has come out with a rash at the back of their hand.

1. a popped blister like abrasion appeared on their hand 6 days ago
2. spots appeared around the abrasion yesterday
3. picture taken today

Doctor first said Impetigo & the pharmacist is saying ringworm

child’s on antibiotics, hydrocortisone & Daktarin
