My son had a fall during the week and grazed his chin. He also had a small scratch on his cheek. Yesterday I noticed his cheek on that side was slightly red. Today I noticed its redder again. Its a circular red patch on one of his cheeks. He is fine otherwise. I think it is where the small scratch was although that seems to have healed now. What could this be?
