Good evening, I would like some advice. My daughter doesn't talk yet, she points at everything, while she looks at me and wants me to name her thing. She understands us, understands the game, for example the cooking game, he will feed us, etc. What I would like to ask and it bothers me a bit is that when I talk to her from up close, she looks at my lips 40-50 cm away (husband claims that she is looking at his mouth, so I don't know which one of us can't see correctly). She just doesn't look closely at my eyes any longer, but rather at my lips. It is normal? She looks into my eyesuu from a greater distance. She follows me too. There is no extra cuddling in the arms, but he will come to hug me. I'm already overwhelmed by the definition of eye contact Hmm

Are you thinking she feels uncomfortable making eye contact? Or could she be lip reading what you’re saying as she is struggling to hear you?
