Odd bruising?

I noticed this on my 10 year old son earlier today when he came out the shower - I’ve not seen bruising like this before so am a bit stumped. We are away for a few days and he’s been playing in holiday park pool- nothing crazy but jumping in and mucking around a bit so hoping it’s just that. It’s not sore but looks like it would be, he’s ok in himself
tho has had a few headaches which isn’t like him. We come home on Saturday, do you think I’m ok to wait it out until we get home and see how it looks then? I’m here on my own with him so keen for other mum thoughts at 1am ☹️

Could they be stretch marks?
My 15yo son’s back is full of ‘stripey’ stretch marks (horizontal ones) which I believe are due to him growing in height.
