Does anyone have any ideas what this is on my 4 month old's tummy? It's the same on both sides. He is feeding fine and doesn't have a temperature. It's been like this about 4/5 days. Eczema cream isn't helping and he already has a known dairy allergy and is on dairy free milk. Drs wouldn't see me today as they only had emergency appointments available and told me to put Sudocreme on it. Any thoughts? Thanks
