Paranoid - is this just teething?

My 14 month old was relatively late to get her teeth, but for the past 2 weeks has had so many consecutive nights of waking screaming.

She slipped on tiles and had a nasty head bang around 3 weeks ago but recovered straight away and didn't show any symptoms. She always seems completely fine in the day time, only gets upset in her sleep, between 11pm and 6am

Am I right in thinking that a longstanding head injury wouldn't just cause pain at night? That she would show some signs in the daytime?

Calpol doesn't seem to help, she wakes very frequently, howling, but is quickly resettled as we bedshare and BF seems to be the only thing that soothes her.

I'm paranoid because I thought teething pain only came in bouts of 3 nights, not 14 days ont he trot, and have never experienced the crying being so extreme with my other DC.

Thanks!

I think sounds like teething! As it’s only at night

Teething can go on and on and on
