Rash on stork mark 10month old

My 10mnth old for the past 2 weeks keeps rubbing her eyes, mouth and her stork mark between her eyebrows this has led to the stork mark getting little non pus spots about a 50pence piece. She is teething, but I'm concerned if it is an allergy. Worth mentioning she's only started eating lentils, coconut yoghurt and turmeric as new food additions in this time. I'm stopping the coconut for the next 2 weeks. Any help would be appreciated ty x

Do they look like hives? If you think it’s an allergy do they get worse when she’s eating etc?

Haha sorry I meant we've only started to add this as new food to her diet in the last two weeks. So lentil cottage pie, chicken curry etc.
Doesn't look like hives either.
