Looking for some advice from the professionals about how accurate at home oximeters are? My LO has been diagnosed with pneumonia and we purchased one for peace of mind as she's not very good at telling us when she is struggling.

Anyway her levels are sat at 89/90 and keep momentarily dipping. I've checked on myself and my youngest who are getting 98/99 consistently. Want to avoid taking her back in unless absolutely needed and she really needs to be resting.

If her oxygen level is 89/90 then she needs to be on supplemental oxygen in hospital. Take her to get checked.
