12 month injections

So DD has had her 12 month injections today and I was expecting for all 4 limbs to have 1 Jab each, however the nurse did 1 in the leg (MMR), 1 in one arm and then 2 in the other arm? I thought she'd made a mistake so I questioned it and she said no they have them in the arm after they turn 12 months (she's only just turned 1). I work in a nursery and all of the babies I have looked after have had the 4 jabs in different limbs, or just legs and I cant find anything about babies having 2 injections in 1 arm? Has anyone else experienced this? TYIA

One of mine had two in one leg. We did one, turned them round, then turned them round again.
