Hi. My 7 week old baby is on anti reflux milk and lactose for constipation I changed my baby’s nappy today and her poo just don’t look right to me. This is her second poo of the day the first one was normal I’m worried but don’t want to have a wasted trip to the hospital. Any help would be appreciated
