Is this eczema ?

My daughter suffers terrible eczema backs of her legs and creases in her arms, we treat it all the time but right now she's having a bad flare up on her legs but woke up this morning after going swimming yesterday and I think it's on her eye lid. But not 100%.
She says it's not itchy yet.
She's had it on her face when she was younger and was treated with hydrocortisone. Thanks

I’d get to your nearest pharmacy for them to have a look (hopefully they’ll be open this morning! The GP probably won’t be until Tuesday)

I wouldn’t want to put hydrocortisone on as delicate skin as an eyelid without professional advice.

If she’s prone to eczema then it is very likely to be, but the pharmacist will know.
